James Scott is a Visitor Services Associate at Art Omi. James is a visual artist who uses found objects and images in collages made using copy machines and printers. He lives and works in the Hudson Valley and graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in 2018 with his associates in Fine Arts. There he was elected Vice President of the Student Art League, and worked as head editor on the zine produced by the Fine Arts department. While on campus, he also worked at the Teaching Gallery. Since graduating, James has also been working at a local gallery in Kinderhook. In his free time he enjoys traveling, hopping between museums and amusement parks.
