Times Union: 'Pavilion Project' planned at new Art Omi site

The structures, which can be up to 5,900 square feet, would dot the landscape in a rural area of northern Columbia County. The Chatham Planning Board on Wednesday night approved the "Pavilions Project," which is being developed by Art Omi, a nonprofit in the nearby town of Ghent.
