WHERE
Offsite: Nuyorican Poets Café
COST

$5 (includes one drink)

Come hear readings from the Art Omi writers-in-residence at the Nuyorican Poets Cafe in NYC. Distinguished writers and translators from around the globe will share new and in-progress writing produced during their residence at Art Omi. Hear an uncommon variety of writing—provocative, funny, innovative, and surprising literary voices from a range of traditions, all in one place.

Since 1973, the Nuyorican Poets Cafe has served as a home for groundbreaking works of poetry, music, theater, and visual arts, and was once called “the most integrated place on the planet” by Allen Ginsberg. Art Omi is thrilled to partner with this esteemed institution for a reading from our international writers and translators in residence!
