An informal concert of new, experimental music created during the course of the Art Omi: Music residency. Musicians from a multitude of traditions and genres combine their approaches for novel and unforeseeable results! Grab a seat, bring a blanket, and enjoy seldom heard music amidst art and landscape. Art Omi welcomes the public to its events and grounds free of charge.

Saturday Children's Workshops
Ages 5-12
Join us on Saturday mornings for this popular workshop for young artists ages 5 - 12! Based on a weekly theme and inspired by artworks in the Sculpture & Architecture Park and Newmark Gallery, each workshop includes an outdoor adventure and a hands-on artmaking activity. Led by teaching artists, children are divided into two groups by age and participate in developmentally appropriate projects that encourage curiosity, experimentation, and creative thinking through a variety of materials and experiences.
Artful Playgroup
FIRST TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH

Playgroup meets on October 2, November 6, December 18 (no Playgroup on December 4), January 7, February 4, March 3, April 7, and May 5.
Open Figure Drawing for Adults
EVERY THURSDAY EVENING THROUGH MAY
Gather in the Newmark Gallery on Thursday evenings to sketch, draw, and render from a live male or female nude model. Open to artists of all skill levels ages 16+, each two-hour sessions is self-guided and intended to provide time and space for members of our local community to share in the exploration of this traditional art practice.
