provides diverse artistic programs serving children and families, students
and educators, local schools and the wider public. Education Omi strives

Camp Omi
This unique and popular art camp explores
contemporary art and ideas through a variety of media and experiences.
Under large tents in the natural surroundings of The Fields Sculpture
Park, young artists draw inspiration from the people, places
and things in this dynamic environment. Concept-building and technical
skills are encouraged through a 'guided discovery' process, which focuses
on experiential learning in a child-centered environment.
Since 2005, Camp Omi has successfully offered fun and
diverse arts-based programming for children of all ages. Sasha Sicurella
along with three experienced instructors, host 35 campers each week. Disciplines
include studio arts, fiber & nature arts, creative movement, and drama.
Other activities include hiking, swimming, and studio visits with international
artists.

Support
Education Omi has grown tremendously since our first summer camp
in 2005. Now, with year-round educational offerings, we are serving more
children and adults than ever before. As our program continues to expand
and develop, so do our operating costs. In order to continue to offer
low-cost, quality art education to families of all income levels we
need your help.
Please consider a tax-deductible,
charitable donation to encourage creativity in our community. One important
way you can directly support the program is by giving to our Scholarship
Fund, where each gift of $250 sends a local child to Camp
Omi for one week. Please contact Education Director, Sasha
Sicurella to donate today.
Scholarships and multiple-child family discounts are available. Contact
Sasha Sicurella to learn how to qualify.
